The historical building on Marjanishvili Street is currently functioning as a hotel.
It is noteworthy that the building was originally constructed by German and French architects.
Through the efforts of our company, the historic structure has been rehabilitated, which included reinforcement work and 3D scanning. Additionally, we restored the old ornaments on the exterior and gave the surroundings a refreshed and modernized appearance.
